With over 20 years of real estate experience and deep roots in the Savannah area, Jeanie Williams is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate every stage of the home buying and selling process with confidence. A resident of Richmond Hill, conveniently located between Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, she has proudly lived and worked in the region for more than 27 years.

As a full-time Realtor with NorthGroup Real Estate, she specializes in serving clients throughout Bryan, Chatham, Liberty, and Effingham counties. Her career began in property management before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2006, gaining extensive experience in both residential sales and property management.

She served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Realty Specialist, buying and selling properties nationwide while working alongside all five branches of the U.S. Military. As a military spouse for 23 years and a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she understands firsthand the unique challenges military families face during relocation and transition.

We moved from Richmond, VA to Richmond Hill, GA in November 2015. That sounds simple enough, but it involved an on-and-off house hunting process that lasted two years and included viewing over 70 houses. We met Jeanie early in the process and were impressed with her tenacious efforts to help us find a home that met most of our requirements.
